How to request departmental admin access in ACE

General Information

  • If the video is difficult to see, try setting it to full screen and setting the quality to 720.
  • The URL to request access:
  • You must request access to each department you want to set up evaluations for.
  • You should be the department chair.
  • Once you have Admin access, you can grant access to the staff in your department.
  • You may search either by department code or CRN
  • If you are searching for a CRN, it must be active in the current term.
  • If you are searching by department code, there must be classes in the current term.
  • If you are requesting access to a department that is already setup, you will be presented with a list of Admins you can contact to grant you access.
  • If there are errors, or you are not contacted within business 2 days, please submit a help ticket.
