A visiting Instructor must have a kerb ID to be evaluated within the Ace system.

If the Instructor does not have a kerb ID, one possible way to get one is to fill out the Temporary Affiliate form: https://computing.caes.ucdavis.edu/documentation/helpdesk/temporary-affiliate-form

Once the kerb ID is in the system, you would add the Instructor in the normal way.
