• You may select another terms where there are archived evaluations by clicking “Change Term”.
• You may search/filter withing the list.
• Shows the Response Rate for each section.
• You may view the response information by clicking on the magnifying glass icon.

Responses

• This is the staff view. You see responses for all Instructors and Teaching Assistants.

• Each question shows:

  • A graph of the number of responses.

  • The Response Rate.

  • The Average Score.

  • The Standard Deviation.

  • An expandable table view of those values.

• If there are text responses to a question, you may search for specific text and view the respondent’s complete evaluation.
• You may print to PDF the above specific respondent’s evaluation.
• You may download to Excel all the respondent’s answers. Download All Respondent’s Answers
• You may print to PDF all the evaluation’s responses. Download All Evaluation’s Responses

• You may print to PDF the summary for all instructors or an individual instructor. This has the scores and all the text answers.
