Manage Editors

• As shown, when editing an event, the Item Type is disabled. Also, editing the account number is limited to the owner of the event or a super admin.
• You can add editors from the list by typing the first letters of the first or last name you can filter the list.
• You can’t delete the owner of the event.
• For several reasons, we prefer to keep the list of people who can create and edit events limited. If you need someone added, you would need to submit a help ticket. Because all users can create events and deal with the collection of and movement of money, this should be limited to permenant staff.
• Only people in CAES and associated with CAES can be added.
